We understand that life happens and your plans may change. As we are an increasingly busy studio with waitlists, we ask you to respect our time as we do yours.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

You must arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time to ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration of the appointment and that the appropriate consent forms are completed by you. If you are running late, we reserve the right to appropriately shorten your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their following appointments.

 

You will receive multiple booking confirmations. It is a requirement that you confirm your appointment with your credit card details in the event of a cancellation fee needing to be charged. You will receive multiple booking confirmations ahead of time. For this reason, any cancellations or rescheduled within a 24 and 12 hour period will be charged 50% and 100% of the treatment value respectively.

For any cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged a 50% fee of your booked treatment value. For any cancellation of reschedule 12 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged a 100% fee of your booked treatment value. If you are on a skin membership, any cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee.

If you 'no show' for your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment before rebooking in.

We have in place our Ethics Policy which our staff will exercise in unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances and genuine emergencies that prevents you attending your appointment.

Circumstances that are NOT acceptable and will require our cancelation fees are:

 

• Forgetting appointments or "no showing".

• Last minute work roster changes.

• Mismanaging schedules or double booking.

• Running late & missing your appointment.​​

From time to time, we will offer special offers and packages. These are to be used within the validity of start and end date. No extensions are allowed due to their nature.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refund.

REFUNDS

Under no circumstances can refunds be issued on services or products bought at Nudie Skin Studio. If you have placed an order online, orders cannot and will not be canceled and refunded.
